Hi there, I’ve run this tumblr because of my problem with overweight. It’s not so enormous, but I’m not satisfied with myself and want to look better, so I decided to download JM, put on my sport clothes and trainers and finally fight for my better self. And this blog will show how successful I am.
Even though I wanted to start on the first of November, I decided to start few days earlier - today, when I’m still excited and motivated. I took the first day of level 1 of 30 Days Shred from Jillian Michaels. I’ve taken this excercise before, but didn’t finish it all, so I’m starting from the begining. I have to say, I expected I’ll struggle more, so that made me feel better. I’ll probably add some photos to see differences later (hope there will be some!). And that’s probably all I wanted to say.
